Total nightmare trying to open a checking account online, never was able to. I tried to back out of a page, it erased everything. They make you open a savings account which I didn't want and gave no indication you had to do this to open a checking account. They email you and call you with an 800# to call back but everything is chaos. They told me I had time to open the account, I couldn't find the small deposits, then was told I had to start over again. After one attempt at logging on, it failed and said I had to call them. $100 sign up bonus? Trust me, it isn't worth it.

Horrible. Horrible customer service. Nobody knows what they are doing and they really don't care. Also don't try to ask questions about your account or ATM access. You might get flagged without warning. Total waste of time. Wait times are very bad too. Will also be filing a complaint with the BBB Go to another credit union if you can!

WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT>>>>>for teller/answers/written letters.I was scammed with a tellers check no one let me know. Its 7 days later and I still have NOT rcvd. notice. I had to go into back to find out after 5 days that the check was no good.BUT they could help me at that time I had to wait for written notice to go to police. I wonder if it would happen to them what would be done?????
