my experience at fort knox was terrible they were very nasty and especially the old man who claimed to be the owner was nasty and racist to my family and I he did not allow us to speak our native language he hates Spanish and after selling us ficticious gold and fake silver wich turn black within days of purchase he refused to return our money back .they refuse to give people receipts and tell us to take there word for it .that is just another word for stealing wich is what they do best buy dirt cheap and sell things really high its almost like money laundering If you speak Spanish the owner will bann you from coming in like you really would want to go again after being treated like garbage save yourself a headache and go elsewhere the worst store in the Hudson valley

Just called these people for a n estimate on a gold ring and i got attitude and told i need to bring my jewlery in if i want information about sellin it , then rudely hung up on me .

Craigslist ad, guy was looking for les Paul case and had a bossme70 to trade, was surprised when I went in, pawn shop looks clean and actually had a descent music selection, as far as selling an item idk and probably would never bring anything to be pawned.. I like my gear

My experience at this pawn shop was horrible. I was treated with disrespect by an older gentleman who worked there. Not much else to say and rather not get into detail to embarrass this particular location even more ... but don't waste your time. They seem to be stuck in the past and lack a major understanding of business acumen. As a person who owns a business and has had experiences in pawn shops I was utterly appalled by this location.
