I first dealt with Kevin Kearsey who was excellent at what he does and deserves a second review of his own because he is that good. However, my mortgage processor was Lisa Hill. She was horrible. I am very efficient and was sure to provide all documents required. She would not review them until I questioned her, would lie to me to get me off her back, told my attorney to figure it out himself when he called two days before my closing, is completely unorganized, and to top it off was sent an email regarding my final numbers two weeks before my closing and disregarded it. The day of my closing I had to fight run around and stress to figure things out because Miss Hill couldn't check her emails properly and only blames everyone else around her. I love my house and many thanks to my attorney Nick Nicosia, Lynn Reilly my realtor, and Kevin Kearsey my original loan contact, because with out them I would not be in it. When you go see Kevin if he tells you that your processor is Lisa Hill request a new one before you have a head ache.
