Although when I called I got someone else, Brad, I was extremely happy with my experience with him as well. Not only did he get me a quote less than what I was expecting, he also told me how to go about getting it at a discounted rate and explained all the things I did not understand. He was patient and understanding, and even sent me a small thank you gift in the mail! That was a nice surprise.
