Horrible bank . It took 3 weeks to get a replacement ATM card. Staff are rude ... Indian woman is lost in space.... go to chase or anywhere but here.

ATM machine was available only at drive thru. Waited 20 minutes due to lines of cars waiting for drive thru service. Well, the ATM machine was out of order. I had to park my car and went into the teller. The teller was absolutely rude and obnoxious. Not even a nod of hello or thank you. Just pointed me back to ATM, and said "cash at ATM". This is THE WORST local bank in the area. No wonder they were sold. I will be closing my account.

WOST BANK EVER, i had a long review written while on hold for 20 mins and then lost it, so this is brief while I am still trying to get them on the phone, its probably easier to climb Everest. STAY AWAY FROM THIS, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS, THEY CLOSED ALL THE BRANCHES IN ORANGE COUNTY TO BUY MORE BANKS SO THEY COULD MAKE MORE MONEY and in the mean time HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

It is the worst bank I have experienced. They charged my accounts for $25 non-activity fee per month, however the non-activity fee on the contract is ONLY $5 per month. Plus they never sent me the monthly bank statement. What a terrible bank it is.

Curt, rude, dismissive staff, manager did not return 5 different messages requesting account help over the span of 2 weeks, was always "too busy" to come to the phone. Difficulties setting up my account correctly. Took several faxes, calls, emails to close my account, they lost the faxes every time, every time I called they said "when did you attempt to close the account?" Meanwhile the service charges keep piling up negative in this dead account. Go to a credit union.
