I heard about United Faith Mortgage on the radio and needed to refinance my home. I like that they're a faith based company so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Ryan, who was more than pleasant to work with. He was great to deal with. He gave me a list of what he needed from me, I got everything to him within the next day or two and I hardly heard from him again until it was time to close. Easy, trustworthy, great to work with. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Actually, I did! My sister is currently working with them to get a loan to buy a house.

Refinancing a home loan is a VERY complex process to say the least. There are a number of lenders out there and it is mindboggling to figure out which lender to select. I heard of United Faith Mortgage on the radio station 95.1 FM, SHINE FM. Their promotional explanation of why to select United Faith Mortgage described my situation exactly as my home loan was about to double. Like many home owners, my APR was set to expire. If this is you call them NOW!!!!! The team at United Faith Mortgage work VERY hard to make the process as simple as possible. I often wondered how the process could be simplified and I found there is no exact or simple answer as each loan situation and need is different from one client to the next. They helped me to get a GREAT interest rate and monthly payment that is nowhere near what my old lender was about to require. I even gave my original lender a chance to help me. That was a lost cause and a serious waste of energy. Give United Faith Mortgage a call and see what they can do for you. If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, do it NOW!!!! United Faith Mortgage was very helpful in assiting me and my husband in obtaining a loan to buy our home. Even though they are based in New York, I felt like they were just a phone call, email away. Vincent was the person I worked with and he stayed up to date on our information and the process of buying our home. We were able to do a lot of the signing of documents online. Whenever I had a question, all I had to do was call Vincent or send an email and he would respond fairly quickly. I highly recommend United Faith Mortgage.

From the very first day I was fortunate enough to talk to Michael, I couldn't believe how he made a process I thought was going to be a long ordeal turned out to be so easy to follow with his excellent professional manner and courtesy. Everyone in the Ontario office is outstanding! Michael kept me advised of every aspect of the loan and made it so easy.
