I've had nothing but problems with this bank since I switched over from Chase. Checks take 4 days to go through, the mobile app makes banking on your phone impossible and when the systems are down for maintenance, your card gets declined and attempting to withdraw from the atm won't be happening.

Suffolk Federal allows you 6 "free" ATM withdrawals per month if you use ATMs other than their own. So, unless you live close to one of their few branches, you get dinged $1.00 every time you go over that magic number of 6. I don't live that close to a branch, so it was not a good fit for me...

I called to ask a question being a new member, the person I spoke to was so rude & condescending. I was going to be rude back but decided to write a review on here & anywhere else I can. Thank god I don't live anywhere near Medford & don't have to deal with that person or branch. Hopefully the branch by me has friendlier & a better staff.
