I really don’t understand the poor reviews I’ve read, but don’t let the negativity steer you away from contacting Northeast Funding for your mortgage needs. I cannot speak highly enough about my experiences with Bob Rankin and his exceptional staff. My husband and I have used their services on multiple occasions, and they have always exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, every aspect of the process was explained thoroughly, and they were always available if we had a question or concern. I would absolutely recommend Northeast Funding without any hesitation!

My experience with Bob, Michelle and Samantha at Northeast Funding was nothing short of amazing! I will highly recommend my friends and family to use them. We had a special financial case and I never thought we'd be approved for a home loan but they assured me we were. I was an extremely nervous client and reached out to them at least once a day with questions and concerns and they always answered right away and never tired of me and always made me feel at ease. When closing day came Bob was right there at the closing table with us and we could not have done any of this without them. Thanks Northeast Funding!

After a horrible experience trying to obtain a loan with a bank with my first home, my husband and I utilized a different mortgage broker. There we had a wonderful experience! When the time came to upgrade our home, we reached out to the same broker. After receiving some unfavorable numbers, with PMI, I knew there were other options. In that time, Bob and I have formed a relationship in a local chamber business group. Contacting Bob was the best phone call we could have ever made. Bob Rankin is an outstanding mortgage broker and more importantly a very honest/transparent person. Bob made recommendations to us to increase my husband credit score to obtain a better interest rate. In the end, he helped us obtain a mortgage! Michelle in his office was vigilant in returning emails and keeping us informed. Northeast Funding was professional and made our loan process as easy as it could be on us. Beats going to the local bank! I have already recommended Northeast to others and will continue to do so. Thank you again!

I cannot recommend Northeast Funding enough! Working with Bob was such a great experience as a first time home buyer. He's incredibly knowledgeable, and really easy to get a hold of at any time of day. The numbers he provided me for planning purposes were spot on, so there were no surprises throughout the process. Also, all of the documents I had to sign were done online which made the process really easy. I recommend Them them to everyone I can!

My husband and I recently had a new home built. It was our first home purchase so needless to say we were both excited and nervous all at the same time. From our first appointment with Bob ... we knew there was no one else we wanted to work with. He took the time to explain all of our options and put our minds at ease about the mortgage process. As we progressed ... Bob and Michelle kept us informed throughout the entire process. At random times when I would have a temporary moment of anxiety about something ... all I'd have to do is call Bob or Michelle and they would put my mind at ease immediately. Bob would say ... "let me get the gray hairs, not you". They are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their clients. We always knew they had OUR best interests at heart. We are now settled into our beautiful new home and we couldn't have gotten to this point without the help of Northeast Funding. Thank you so much Bob and Michelle!!
