they are thieves. I paid my electric bill of 180.00 and they paid it to the wrong company and refuse to give me my money back. My electric was turned off and now they promise to give me the money back and then keep changing stories yelling at me hanging up on me and bull sh**tting me. The manager refuses to give me the owners name and number
