The people are trained to be extremely outgoing and chatty, but the competence level is lacking. I would rather have my banker know what he/she is doing, rather than ask me how he can make my day better. A simple transaction has become a time consuming nightmare.

I find the people at TD bank on Washington Ave , Kingston, N.Y.to be the next level of banking . Especially Lee and Nick and Jen....since I have known them the longest. They are socially adroit and financially trustworthy ....combining fiscal intelligence ....know-how and genuine customer concern into an overall package of economic guidance that keeps me a steady and long time customer.
