Navy Federal Credit Union - Restricted Access in Kings Point, NY

Need more branches in Long Island. Especially Suffolk County. A very great bank by all standards.

I had my first auto loan from navy federal credit union in 1979 never had a complaint with this bank personally I believe it is one of the best Financial institution in this country

NEW YORK NEEDS MORE CONVENIENT BRANCHES WITH WEEKEND HOURS

Great service on my first visit, need more branches within the five boroughs, it's location is a little remote (on a base, understandable), but members have to drive far to get there.

The assistant manager Michelle rejected my deposit of business checks to my personal checking account on 1/3/2017 while the previous manager of this branch has approved the last 100s of deposit made at this branch. She told me that it's illegal to deposit business checks to my personal checking, which my lawyer and Navy Federal business services advised me that this is legal as of 1/4/17, so she has provided false legal advise and caused cash flow problem of my business and severe emotional stress. Providing wrongful legal advise is what's really illegal in NY state and that's confirmed by more than one lawyer. She has the authority to reject any deposit solely based on her discretion according to Navy Federal Head Quarter. I'm filing for discrimination against Navy Federal and will post the out come here. I regret that I have supported this bank for over ten years even after I got out of the military, and will soon move my business else where.
