Awful place to create a bank account. Not too long ago, I walked in to cash a check for work. After giving my bank card to the teller, I was notified that a chip card has been sent to my home in the beginning of the year, but I never received it. They then proceeded to cancel it and send a new one. After two weeks, still no card. However i was recieving junk mail and special offers from them just fine.(Not to mention several warnings that I had over drafted money months ago, but had payed off). After coming and addressing the problem once more, the teller advised that I print one on the spot. So after canceling my debit card the teller goes into the back. A few minutes later, the tell came back and said that their machine was down and to cone back a few days later. After a few days, I came back to get a new card, only for them to tell me that the machine was broken completely and needed to be replaced. They then suggested that I have a chip card mailed to me. Huge waste of my time. Also, almost five months later and still no chip card.
