I applied for a loan officer and processor position there and they completely wasted my time. They wanted me to come in for an interview, thank god I had the brains to ask them what their salary is. Because it's nothing. They don't pay you. Which they were not up front about. It took several phone interviews for me to find this out. I spoke to their inside sales manager "Steve" and he was a complete douche bag. He insulted me by saying my sales skills are weak if I want a salary. They want people to come in there with a "book of business" which I like to refer to as " the leads I stole from previous employers." If I had a book of business like that, I'd go straight to Bank of America not some rinky dink wanna be boiler room. They are brokers, not a direct lender. I saw on Indeed that like 70 people applied for the loan officer position yet they're still looking to fill the position. If this is how they treat prospective employees, imagine how they treat their customers. They're probably bait and switch masters. If you run across this company just keep looking. There are real companies out there that have integrity and treat people with respect.
