Wells Fargo Bank in Hempstead, NY

Long long lines.

This place is the worst. The teller Shenqua moon needs a customer service training. Wells Fargo should be a shamed to have an employee like her working for them. Trust me. Go to another location. They are the worst.

The worst branch! The employees are Extremely Rude! I will drive further to avoid this horrible branch. I love Wells Fargo Bank, but they need to internally renovate the people representing them here!

If it came down to getting a mortgage with Wells Fargo or living in my car, I'd live in my car. These people are the least caring bank I've ever experienced!

I have been banking here for years along with my family. The old manager was great. Always greeted people with a smile, very helpful and knowledgeable. Staff as well very knowledgeable and friendly and its always good to see the old friendly faces that we are used to. As of a few months now there is a new manager there. He plays the role great until you meet with him one on one. He made me feel very uncomfortable. He was exaggeratedly friendly and kept touching me inappropriately. The first time I brushed it off as a hyper person trying to make everyone like him but It kept happening every time. I feel very uncomfortable to bank there. It is one thing to be professional with slight personal interactions but a manager should know their boundaries and should know how not to cross them. Management here is terrible. This bank needs new management desperately and quickly. Perhaps someone not too touchy feely with the customers especially a male on male. A manager that can keep their hands to themselves. Lawsuit much?!
