As a member of this credit union I expect to receive services at all of their branches. This branch is the worst on Long Island. In about 10 visits over the past 2 years I've attempted to utilize their notary public service. On about 8 of those attempts, as was the case today, I'm told that they don't have a notary in the office now. Today I was told they only have one notary public, it's the branch manager, and she's often "out if the office".
