What a waist of time. Branch manager Bernice had tricked us into opening an account(s). We were promised home equity line of credit multiple times. Even got a pre-app. Everything she said was a lie. it took to long. After speaking with underwriter Kyle, he said he is missing some docs that Bernice never asked for. But even after sending the docs we couldn't get a loan with perfect credit. THANK YOU bernice We got approved with peoples bank few weeks later-NO Problem. Make sure u read what people are saying first Its usually true.
