I ordered a couple of things from a Saks in Houston and also went into a Coach store in NYC. My transaction was declined in the Coach store. I got back to my office and Saks security was calling about my card being declined. No attempt was made to verify my identity in the Coach store. I received no phone call & no email that my card has been put on security hold. I contacted Sperry who gave no apology for the inconvenience or embarrassment, just reactivated my card. Not an acceptable process.

This is a poorly managed institution. The staff is not knowledgable nor responsive.

THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM IS HORRIBLE I SPENT 2HOURS ON THE PHONE AND NEVER SPOKE TO A HUMAN BEING........ NO MATTER WHAT EXTENSION I DIALED AN ACTUAL PERSON NEVER GOT ON THE PHONE!!!! JUST HORRIBLE
