0 STARS DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE I BOUGHT A 2007 CHEVY IMPALA AND THE FIRST DAY I GOT IT I DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT DOWN THE STREET THE ALTONATOR WENT AFTER THAT IT WAS PROBLEMS AFTER PROBLEMS I HAD THE CAR FOR 5 MONTHS AND IT CAUSE ME NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS TOOK THE CAR TO THEM OVER 10 TIMES AND THEY STILL COULDN'T FIND THE PROBLEM THE I TOOK MY CAR TO BASIL AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY TRANSMISSION SLIPPING AND I HAD THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND SENSABLES DIDN'T WANNA PAY FOR IT SO THEY TOOK THE CAR BANK AND TOLD THE BANK AND MYSELF THEY WERE GONNA PAY OFF THE LOAN TWO WEEKS LATER STILL NEVER PAID IT AND NOW IT'S FUCKING UP MY CREDIT I RECOMMEND NOBODY GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIPE YOU OFF BAD AND WON'T DO SHIT ABOUT IT

My credit isn't the best and I didn't have much to put down I played phone tag for over a week trying to talk to the guy after I drove 45 mins to get there. I pretty much didn't get calls back bc they knew I only had a certain amount so i wasn't top of the list to call !!

I bought a 2007 dodge dakota truck from them. The first week I got it the transmission blew out. They did send it to the garage to get fixed but. Not even 4 weeks later I lost overdrive 4th gear and 2nd gear out of the transmission again. I took it back and they told me to drive it until the transmission stop working. Then when it did I had to pay the tow bill to get it back to the garage. So they could put a salvage yard transmission in the truck. And having nothing but problems with it. DON'T GO THERE THEY will rip you off.

This dealership is crooked! I mistakenly bought a 2004 ford f150 from them. This truck has been NOTHING but PROBLEMS! Illegally passed an inspection (no functioning parking brake, busted sway bar links, tires in bad shape, etc), never told me the price and gave me no credit towards my trade in (even though they claimed they did). In the last 6 months ive needed: sway bar links, rack n pinion, catalaytic converter, window regulator, truck bed, tires, brakes, camphasers, timimg set,shocks, and more. I will NEVER buy any vehicle from them again as they OBVIOUSLY DO NOT LOOK OVER THEIR VEHICLES, they take no pride in what they sell, and the sale price is nuts. I unfortunately got caught by their scam. All i can do is warn people to run away!!

Bought a 2007 Kia Optima a year and half ago from the team at Sensible and it has been great. I'm not certain if all of these other reviews are legit or not, but everyone has their own experience so I'll only speak regarding mine. The car has been great since the day I drove it off the lot. The only work it's needed in this time was getting the starter replaced. Car has run great and the buying process was incredibly simple. I would and have recommended this place to many people over the past year and will continue to do so. Sorry to see the negative reviews, but thanks for the great work you did for me!
