everyone at the Elmira Office have always been very helpful and any questions that I ever have had, have been answered fully, and of course, the rates are very good...would not hesitate to do more there in the near future...

Aside from the new location which the interior décor is in a class by itself, in our community, staff will do everything to meet your needs. It goes without saying, I highly recommend Empower as the way to go. I am an avid supporter of Empower FCU to friends and family. The quality of the staff's professional, friendly service is much more than you'd expect from any Credit Union in thee area, in my opinion. Equality and Diversity reigns!
