WORST BANK EVER. The service is unreliable at best, their employees are anything but helpful. Worst of all their online banking bullshit never works right. 9.9/10 times you will be locked out of your account for no reason. They have a useless mobile app that does not work. They once told me they had a branch in every town, guess that was a lie since i can only ever fond 1 or 2 within 50 miles of my home. If i were you looking to open a checking or savings account, i would just ignore Key all together and go somewhere else. I'm Leaving a 1 star rating because it will not allow me to leave lower.
