Patty, a loan officer, was extremely rude and very un friendly. I highly recommend not doing any business with Westar. I personally will never do business with Westar again nor would I recommend Westar.

Well I do like Westar for everything except for Patty talking Karen out of giving me a loan that another bank approved immediately. I have a home valued at almost 150K and I talked to Karen and she said that there would be no problem for a home equity loan due to the value of my home. Patty stopped that? Why? Everyone is nice there, Ryan, Karen, and Cindy and the tellers are Very Pleasant. I just had surgery and I can't get on to my account so I hope someone can help with that.
