M&T Bank in Buffalo, NY

Every single time I conduct business through the drive thru, my wait time is 5-10 minutes, sometimes 15 minutes. Because the lobby has precidence. Should be, first come first serve. I go to other M&T Banks never wait this long. This bank is around the corner from me, I shouldn't have to drive to Tonawanda or Kenmore, for prompt service. I think it's incredibly ignorant. Not the workers fault, obviously managerial, otherwise the other banks would be the same. Those representatives sitting there on the side, who most of the time are doing nothing should lend a hand, if the bank is busy; its called teamwork. Why have a drive thru?? Why is this??? This slow process needs to be addressed. Especially, on Fridays, 1st week of the month when social security and others get their monthly checks. It's like, "oh no, better have enough gas to go through the drive thru at M & T Bank on Tonawanda Street". diannestein0717@yahoo. com
