This Mickey Mouse institution makes promises it can not keep, passes the buck, makes no attempt to correct thier error, and misinforms customers on a whim. I was left with my monies in LIMBO, chasing down thier empty promises, and straight out being lied to by thier employees. Avoid this bank like the plague.

The First Niagara bank in the Larkin at Exchange bldg. is staffed by friendly, courteous, and helpful associates. The managers bend over backwards to help you with any financial issues. Personally, my issue was with the dept of labor and UI benefits, was not accessing my funds as I should have been, in need of my resources to, among other things, get my phone turned back on, one of the personable bank managers brought me into her office, used her phone and talked to the dept of labor associates to get the ball rolling. If not for her assistance, it would have taken much longer to access my UI benefits. The banking facility at Larkin and Exchange is well lit, clean, comfortable seating, and enough elbow room to fill out slips and wait in quickly moving lines. First Niagara has a plethora of banking conveniences, for example simple ebanking with no frill checking accounts that have no minimum balance, if you belong to another bank you should definitely consider transferring to First Niagara where the individual does matter.
