So i came in to open an account and i had to do it at the teller window because the loan officer wanted to see another customer that was behind me....Not a great first experience hopefully it will improve.

I have had an account with Buffalo Metropolitan Credit Union over 15 years. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They are very professional. They always look out for their members. IT'S A FANTASTIC PLACE!

Excellent credit union, great location, staff, with super rates and a good attitude. I've been very pleased and have sent quite a few friends who have opened accounts.

Disappointed in this credit union. They charge many extra fees including a monthly fee for debit card and will not accept coins for deposit, asking that use use their coin machine w/ a 5% fee to exchange to bills. Some staff are very friendly, but others have been curt and unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend.
