M&T Bank in Brockport, NY

I have been a customer of M&T bank for many years. I cannot express enough about my wonderful, quick and pleasant experiences I've had. Anytime I need to go to the bank it's always been a wonderful place to walk in to. Most bank employees are so serious, but this bank is consistantly friendly, they remember your name, and are extremely personable. I would highly, highly recommend this bank to anyone!

Hate that the drive through is soo slow. I could be the only person there and wait 3 mins before someone comes to the window. Friendly but slow. Only thing I liked about banking with them was their personalized cards, friendly people and you can deposit checks in the atm. Otherwise, I hated my year I banked with them and left asap. Bank always empty with no one to service you. ESL... busy but way faster!! Go where the people go!

Never have I dealt with a bank that was good in every area. From my banking, my investments, my mortgage process - everyone has been more than helpful. The staff at the Brockport office always has a smile. Rarely do I go to any other branch.

I have always been pleased with the service at the Brockport M & T branch. The tellers are so very friendly and knowledge with all the products that they offer. I have been banking their for over 10 years and would recommend them to friends and family.

The people that work there don't look or act like they like their jobs. They just want to get what they can from you and then be done. M&T is an annoying bank to be with anyways. Wasnt with them for long.
