Customer service was lacking as employees were too busy chatting amongst each other while customers were litterally standing there waiting. HORRIBLE policy on tool purchases! they say they inspect everything to ensure it works but clearly you can see tools (chainsaws particularly) are broken! Then they expect you to bring gas, test it yourself and then if it doesn't work, siphon out the gas and oh well. Very suspect overall.

I pawned some thing and sent my girfriend with the money and receipt the loan was 450 and for the loan 97 total 547. So went she went back they were asking for 597, $50 more... So lucky she went home and call me, i ended up going in person but this time i talked to the guy working there (my girfriend talked to the lady) so i asked him, so if i wanted to pay now would it be 547 the price that says here ? He replied no it would be less becuase you came early. I enden paying 493 not bad, but they tried to rob my gf 100 dolares.....

Great Staff, all the girls working were very helpful. I was looking to buy a laptop for school and they explained every detail for the laptop as far as specs. Jessica and Sherlly were more than helpful, very sweet girls and gave me a great price for my laptop with a warranty. Very satisfied thank you girls !!
