This company apparently does not have a real manager and treats the customers like crap. We have a loan through this company and will NEVER be using them again. Because they failed to give the proper information, we are being charged extra money. With 2 adults in the room and the phone on speaker, I think we would have heard if they said checking account versus savings account. Also, they processed a payment without proper authorization and are blaming us for it. Stay away from this horrible company.
