Customer service lacks big time...I sat in the waiting room to talk to a customer rep ...no one acknowleged me or said a word...one man walked past me 3 times without so much as a "we will be right with you", sorry you have to wait but we are short handed...anything would have been good. And he wasn't waitng on anyone at the time.

WATCH OUT FOR JOANNE MARR AN EMPLOYEE THERE. SHE GAVE MY FIANCEE A HARD TIME ABOUT CASHING A CHECK. SHE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND NASTY AND I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE OUT WHY SHE IS STILL EMPLOYED THERE.
