I took in a diamond solitaire and the guy tried to hustle me he offered me 50 dollars for it I played along like I didn't know just to see what they offer to someone if they didn't know i understand they have to make money but darn they traded me something for it but didn't feel good about it so they fixed it so I can feel better but my opinion is so different now by the way my diamond was worth 2500 it's the fact that there's a line of making money but to give credit they did try to make it up to me .

Scum bag the manager are hustler fake. His trying to get your as low he can get you. And over price everything to resale your stuff.

These guys are nimrods. Sign says they deal in jewelry & gold. I called and they said they gave 80% on gold. I took them 5ea 1/2 OZ gold coins and they didn't seem to have much of a clue about them (all but one were sovereign minted gold coins). These were the same pieces I'd pawned several months earlier at a competitor but All American Pawn was nearer and I needed money by close of business. They had to break open a sealed U.S. mint COA package because their assay equipment evidently didn't work right (I'd have left but time was of the essence). In the end they seemed hesitant to loan the 80% (I only needed but about 75% of spot so I took it. Got my coins back (broken case pieces and all). I will NEVER go back! 2 stars because at least I got back my original items.

Rip offs lol worst pawn shop in Northern Nevada. Let's just say I took in some collectables just to see what I would get for them and they offered me $40 lol long story short the same items I took I got a little over $1300. Smh
