The young tellers are absolutely wonderful. They greet you with a smile and they know my name. The Service Manager, Mindy A., is awful. She doesn't realize that this is a gaming employee's credit union and we know how to treat our guests (customers). I would not recommend this credit union to my fellow co-workers because of the Mindy. I am very close to closing my account.

I've been happy with this credit union so far. The young guy who opened my account, whose name I forget, is always friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure how this credit union's fees compare to others (overdrafts are $38) but service has been good, and their fraud dectection department just prevented someone from charging $500 to my debit card.

I make deposits late and once again the atm is out of order. I was told that other atms which take deposits aren't always timely. So now I live on the other end of town and I will have to come all the way back first thing in the morning to get money into my account. Very annoying. I should be sleeping early in the morning.

I have no complaints. When I have had an issue Teller Annie has no problem assisting me to find a resolution for the issue quickly.
