We will be reporting this business to the OCC. horrible ethics really quick to answer the phone so they can take an application and run your credit. They lure you in with lies on how you will be approved and its all a lie and per one of their high ups the more the applications they take the better it looks for the business. But they do not care about the consumers and how this will hurt them with a hard inquiry on credit this is abusive lending methods and extremely deceptive. They cant even have the courtesy to call you to call you back when they say they are. Really poor customer service !!!! Please look into another option before considering this place

I should have seen the first review before dealing with this place!!!!!!!! Amber is the most unprofessional person ive met in my life!!!!!!! She just doesnt care to people, no respect and doesnt have a heart for her job!!!!! Really really bad customer service!!!!!!
