These 2 women that work there are very rude. Specially the short latina thinks she knows everything and thinks her make up is more important than a customer, tho no matter the amount she puts on shes still and ugly person and will always correct you. I dont know where they pulled her from. My mom who is the rudest person ever can do a better job. She needs to get the boot!!!! And Molly the manager is 2 faced. She will tell you one thing about the loans and then she will say something different. This place need better employees. NEVADA TITLE AND PAYDAY LOANS you need to replace both of them.

Ive probably gotten 10 loans from NTL, The girls are very cool, and get you in and out the door quickly. they always call wth a reminder when your loan is coming due. and explain everything before you sign anything. hands down the best title loan buisness in Reno,sparks.
