Wells Fargo Bank in Pahrump, NV

Very nice bank

I am putting my review here since the US Bank inside Smiths won't let me leave a review. I am regular seasonal snowbird to Pahrump who lives in one of the very established RV parks. I took my proof of residence to the bank to open a new checking, she said I needed a copy of my rental agreement with the park. It still wasn't enough and she refused to open a checking account for me. I believe Katie was the bank managers name. She had an attitude and was very cocky. I want across the street to Bank of America and they opened a brand new Checking account for me in about 5 minutes. After this I will never bank with US Bank ever and they get a 0 rating from me. I think Smiths should raise the rent so US Bank has to move and they can get a better in the store.

I've been a business customer at US Bank and Bank of America. Long lines and frustration. US Bank even answers telephones calls while you're standing in front of them. Wells Fargo gets us in and out and back to the businesses we are running. Ashley Ann does an amazing job as the business teller. Very professional and delivers the very best customer service.

I been customer since 2012 i love way how friendly employee were till today try to get a home loan talk to leslie kathryn oiliver was not really helpful and not friendly at all and when i said i will just look around someone els to help me she Hung up on me so disappointed
