InTouch Credit Union in North Las Vegas, NV

I opened an account here about two weeks ago. I was treated very kindly and I opened my account with no issues with the young Hispanic girl with long hair in the branch. I was very happy with my experience I referred my sister to open an account. I had my debit card as soon as I left the branch and Ionly needed to set up my online banking from home. I had only been told I needed $5.00 to open the account so I told my sister about it. I had planned on opening with more of course. The amount i did not disclose to my sister. My sister went to the branch and was serviced and in my opinion discriminated against as she was not treated the same way I had been. Mrs. TORRES even disclosed information on my account without my permission and when confronted on why she disclosed my account opening balance with my sister without my consent, responded with a horrid attitude and told me if I didn't want my sister to know anything about my account I shouldn't have been on the phone with my sister....my sister was told they would not open a checking account for her unless she placed 100.00 in the checking and she would have to wait 7 days before she would get a debit card. Clearly my sister was treated completely different than I was. My sister works two jobs and I do not. I am actually not employed and I was able to come in and get 5 star service where my sister got horrid service. I'm very upset with this branch with how they treated my sister and the lack of professionalism and lack of respect for my privacy of my account!

Worst drive thru for credit unions by far. You might as well leave your car in Line and go to famous Dave's for lunch. Horrible wait time!!! I only gave it 1 star because it's the only way to leave a review.

Scammers they do hidden charges stay away

When o first opened my account at this credit union someone took 300 dollars from my account and they only gave me back 150 yes I know I'm young but I'm not dumb someone in that branch on Craig shared my info and if your a customer here please check your account everyday
