I received exceptional service beginning with the very first meeting with Dustin DeHart, to the final phone call from John Froumy congratulating me on my new home purchase and thanking me for my business. John and Ben made sure every phone call I made with questions on my loan were promptly answered. When I met with Michelle to sign the papers she explained what the application process entailed, and Jen was prompt at getting anything else that was needed to quickly process and send my loan to the underwriter.
