I call my gps Gladys and she is a life saver. I used to get lost everywhere I go but now I don't it is worth the investment and it's wonderful

If I could rate them in a negative form, I would. They are extremely unprofessional and such liars, I would NEVER recommend that anyone do business with them. If you are considering this credit union do yourself a favor and keep looking!

THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH, AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE...

I've been a member sincs 2003, and to date, I have always had a plesant interaction with the employes, and members. All my banking needs have been satisfactorly taken care of. I have so far, no complaints.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CU TO ANYONE! I joined this credit union in 2009, and at the time they had 3 branches in the valley. One in Henderson (near home), 1 on Sahara, and the main branch on Jones. One morning I went to the Henderson Branch and it was boarded up. No notice, no warning, etc...So I started using the Sahara Branch...that to was boarded up one day, again with no notice, warning. etc. Since then I have had to drive to the Jones Branch on any number of occasions. I have not bounced any checks, or had any problems of that nature. Recently I deposited a check (a business check from a multi billion $ corporation) and they placed a five day hold on it. It was a large check, but they have put holds on small checks as well. ($300.00). It doesn't matter who wrote the checks...they put a hold on them. I am sick and tired of the inconveniences...as soon as possible I will be leaving this Credit Union. Again, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
