I have had so many issues with this credit union. #1 - They do not have tellers. This is bad because I often have issues with the ATM. In 3 years, the machine has malfunctioned during a deposit at least 5 times. 4 of those times it was with a check - and the check eventually was found and deposited. When it was cash, I was SOL because there is nothing to tie the cash to your account. #2 - Their customer service is VERY rude. If you call the main number, they almost always tell you that they can't help you, and that you have to physically go in to the branch office. They also never apologize when they make mistakes with your money (which is sad - since this is what you are trusting them with). #3 - They are SLOW to fix their own errors. Per their customer service - things WILL take SEVERAL days to even be looked at. Sad! I did nothing incorrect, and yet I am being punished for their malfunction. There is 1 pro. The mobile app always works when I pull it up - unlike the website - which tends to be down.

The online banking is a joke and my account balance is never what it should be, unless I don't use my debit card for a week(to give them time to finish their slow processing). I don't understand that if they don't believe in tellers what are all of those people doing hanging out at desks all day long. They certainly don't have the business to require that many people for opening new accounts(if that is their purpose?). I am pretty self sufficient and don't usually require the help of a human if the digital processing does the job it is supposed to, which theirs doesn't. I cannot wait to close my account! Oh and don't even THINK about trying their auto insurance or getting a home loan. They do not respond timely to anything.

Not a bad place for old people that love to go into banks, and have all day to get one thing done. Horrible credit union for every one else. Lack of convenience is my biggest complaint. With only three locations to access your account you find yourself paying atm fees everywhere. $3.50 from the bank itself plus whatever the atm charges you. Plus they still do the accounting where they hold your charges and draw them in a different order than you made them (days apart) so they can charge you fees. Wells Fargo was sued by the U.S. government for this, so I'm surprised to see this scheme still around.
