ONCU Corporate Office in Las Vegas, NV

I had been with Nevada Federal Credit Union for almost 4 years with out any issue but when they changed to ONENEVADA it has been horrible. I recently moved to California and decided to stay with them since they introduced the ability to take a picture of your check and deposit it into your account... BIG MISTAKE! The bank closed my account with out contacting me for having a -$7 balance for just over 45 even though they set my account up to not be able to go into the negative but they still allowed my check to process into my savings account that I havent used in years making my money impossible to touch. I have a new born baby with 4 diapers left, rent to pay and no gas. They wont even cancel the deposit on my check so I can cash it at a Wal-Mart out here in California. I dont know what to do seeing as how I can't afford to drive to Las Vegas to solve this because I cant access my money for gas. I will be closing my account and I suggest you dont bank with these rude, insensitive people. Nothing like the Credit Union they once were.

One Nevada credit union sucks they are never available when you really need them especially on the weekends after hours don't bother they can't help they don't have 24hr customer service they set a limit to what you can use stated to what want second chance accounts yea $20 taken out every month. They say it's a privilege to bank wIth them BULL ***T closed my account went else where

Moved to Nevada Federal Credit Union a bit over 6 years ago from Wells Fargo. Branch offices, customer service, nice experience. NOW, two offices in a town of 2 MILLION, the only service available is automated, and I really get the feeling when I call, that I am bothering them. When you close your next office, I will close my account........are the increase in profits you are seeking from the cutbacks worth the cost of customers??? Think about it, as you are NOT the only game in town....

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD EVER. TRIED TO PAY AUTO INSURANCE TWICE DECLINED BOTH TIMES. TRIED TO CONTACT TO SEE IF LIMIT WAS REACHED AND TO SEE ABOIT LIFTING IT SO I COULD. BUNG UP ON ME TWICE. LOOKING FOR BANKING SERVICED NOT SO ARROGANT
