Credit Union 1 in Las Vegas, NV

Unfortunately, the worst banking experience I've ever had. Credit Union 1 wants you to jump through hoops to recieve YOUR own monies. I currently have a check for a considerable amount on hold. It has been cleared through the other bank for the last nine days and the funds still haven't been released. I was told it would be released today, therefore I've made arrangements to other transactions. I am now told that it won't clear until midnight of the date I was given. Since depositing this check and spoken to the bank and their customer service several times no one has informed me of this such date! VERY UNSATISFIED!!
