Always fast and reliable, never had a problem with them and have banked with them for over 20 years only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc it should stay open later at least at certain locations

worst Bank ever... i closed my account today after noticing a few BS fees.. one was for using a teller when supposedly i only had an E account which was news to me seeing as i set up the account in person!! and had made several deposits in person.. but they decided to charge me anyway.. the next charge was for a bad address.. when i asked why they told me some mail was sent back to the post office.. i made her look up my address on their computer and saw that it was correct.. then i asked if i have an e account why the hell are you sending me mail anyway its an e account doesn't that mean email only.. she said yes.. and I'm going to have to research that... i said no close my account I'm sick of these bogus charges.. THEN THEY CHARGED ME 10 DOLLARS FOR CLOSING THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THE BS CHARGES!! 20 DOLLARS THEY TOOK FROM ME FOR NO APPARENT REASON!!! DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK AND IF YOU DO CHECK YOUR HISTORY BECAUSE IM POSITIVE YOULL HAVE BOGUS CHARGES AS WELL.
