The woman I just talked to was so rude she kept beating around the question I was asking. Employees Need To Be A Bit More Nice...

I called the store and the woman who talked to me was very rude. More money was taken from account than expected and I called to ask about it. She didn't even bother apologizing about them not warning me it would be a double payment. All she kept saying was well you took out more money and you have to pay more. But when I went in all they said was my payments would be such and such. Wish you guys were no more specific. Don't really wanna go into your business anymore.

Worst place to do any buisness i hate this place . Worst customer service. Definetly hate going here any time. Just to cash a check it is the biggest hassel. Here and every check city.

Just called right now asking what I needed to bring to get a payday loan. The male who answered could not answer my question and passed me to a female. The female first acted like the question I just asked was like alien to her. She then answered my question In a very rude tone. Will not be going there for a loan

I just had a clerk be so condescending to me. Tell me that yes "you're in debt" I say, I'm not aware of this.... under her breath she says," I pay my bills on time". Assuming I don't pay my bills on time!!! Then she acts like ahe said nothing. Those bulletproof Windows ARE NOT SOUND PROOF! MORON! I was unaware that I had a debt at this place from over 5 years ago. She acted like she's perfect and like she's never made a mistake or never paid a bill late. I never said I would not pay my debts. But to have her sit there and treat me like some bum.... That is not customer service and I'm disgusted! She doesn't know a person's past, or present.. and her assumptions were so low class... I'll never use this place again! My bank is closed, so what else can you do at 1am... get verbally assaulted at this place! Old hag! Get a real job for an 90 yr old sheep-dog!
