I've been banking with Navy Federal since 1996. Always great service. Even if the branch is closed there's 24 hour service available.

I served in the Army, my husband is retired from the Air Force and my son will always be a US Marine. We all enjoy the services provided by the NFCU but I am thrilled to be using this branch office!!! I am met with friendly faces and served quickly and accurately. Nothing is ever pushed on me but offers that would be to my benefit are explained as needed. I never feel like it is "Hurry Up and Wait" with these wonderful employees. Glad to know them and Blessed to use their branch office for my savings, checking and auto loan accounts! :)

Im always short on cash deposits ... they need to hand count money then use the machine this bank always skims of the top
