Employees are at the very least unprofessional,as well as unable to answer questions. When there is a problem,the person that You need to talk to is typically out of the office.. Set up a appointment, waited a half hour only to find out that the " Banker" , I needed to speak with was not only going to be out of the office for the rest of the day, but could`nt afford the courtesy of a phone call to let me know that our appointment had been cancelled..Wells Fargo treats its customers as if they were employees,or as Wells Fargo was doing them a favor by letting them put their money there..GO ANYWHERE BUT THE FALLON NEVADA BRANCH of Wells Fargo...

now i give this a 3 star for good reason. all my family always have problem with wells fargo. make me not want trust them at all. now i not say they are bad. the have some deal that is good. but whatever you do. do not use check, if something go wrong, it will cost you lot of money!

*3 1/2 stars Great bank tellers! Always greet you by your first name! Their manager is very friendly and eager to assist you when needed. I wish I could say the same for the Home Mortgage Consultant... I've never dealt with a more unprofessional individual in my life. I'm probably half this individual's age and I handle my clients issues more professionally than he does. The only reason i give this branch 3 1/2 stars is because they hire millennials, there local, and the manager is a friend of my wife, and most of the bankers are genuinely nice people.
