I was in there the other day and it was a great experience! First, not only did I get greeted when I walked through the door but I also was in-and-out in less then 15 minutes. I was treated in a professional manner. You can tell these employers put in full dedication and love their job! I was so happy to be in such a nice enviroment and Capitol City Loans will be my new Pawn Store! Thank you for your great service and I can not wait to deal with you again! I highly recommend these terrrific individuals and all their hard work!

Worst place to go in Carson.. We went in one day to sell a chocolate diamond bracelet in 14 carot gold.. We went in and she told us it was stamped 14 carots but was really 10... Yeah no. She offered us $250.. Went to another pawn shop and the man offered us $650 off the bat.. And told us it was definitely a 14 carot gold bracelet.. I cannot believe not only the price difference but the fact the woman also had no idea what she was taking about. Will never go back.

I have been a customer 10 years and i'm pretty good friends with the staff. I bought 22 ammo and get home to the pack having 8 different brands of bullets that look like they have been dropped in dirt and jammed in guns. I go to try to take it back because I cant even use almost all of them and he says you should of looked before you bought them. I say well can I trade for some other ammo and pay the difference. He says no we don't take back ammo and kept saying it will be fine. Be careful if you drop ammo at the range they will come pick it up and sell it. After spending 100s of dollars they can not refund 20 bucks.

Worst store to do business with. They rip you off for what they will pay you for your stuff but sell it for almost new prices. They don't hagle. Disrespectful when I've del with them. I purchased an rc car from them and it didn't even work when I got it home. Took it back and they refused to give me my money back. They would only give me credit for it if I bought some in for more money. They are thieves.

My husband and I went for the first time yesterday and we were so happy with the customer service which is beyond outstanding, they were all helpful, professional and knowledgeable!! I would recommend capital loans to everyone who likes and enjoys shopping. They make it a fun environment and kid friendly
