Wells Fargo Bank in Boulder City, NV

I ordered fries, and a coke, but they only gave me money.

I always enjoy the friendly service at the boulder city branch. Linda is a rock star !

My wife and I went to this branch to cash a paycheck of mine. It was a 3rd party check. This hasn't ever been a problem at any other branch. She has a $195,000.00 mortgage with these people. They tried to charge me $7.50 to cash their own check! This is not acceptable, so we deposited the check, and took an ATM. This refusal process took 25 minutes, and involved 3 employees - including the manager. To top it all off, they were very rude, as though we were somehow putting them out by this. We live in a small community, and receive great service from other local businesses. We expect it from corporations that do business in our community, as well. I posted one star only because Google requires it in order to complete this post.

I have never dealt with a more unhelpful group of employees. They refuse to provide any service to customers, claiming "it's against the rules." They make up these rules so that customers don't interrupt their slumber.
