Went in to transfer my file from Albuquerque to here. Completed a whole new application, everything was fine until they wanted proof of addresses. I provided my insurance card, my last doctor visit summary, and chase account page all with my address on it. None of those worked because they weren't mailed to me. In an age where everything is done online, it baffles me that the manager couldn't work with me. I understand every office is different, but I had zero issues when I applied with these same documents in Albuquerque. I have multiple accounts with different lenders and have never come across a manager that makes you jump through hurdles to give them business. My advice: stick with Albuquerque if you can. The entire staff there is extremely nice, understanding, and will actually work with you and help you.
