We had never used Pioneer Bank as a mortgage before coming to NM. Working with Rita Griffin has been a pleasure. Everything was quick, easy and painless. Paperwork was thorough and the questions we had were answered in detail. She was very professional and personable. She listened and knew what we needed. And what needed to be done. We did our part and she did hers. We were pre-approved in a matter of hours and went looking for a house. We still have our mortgage there and would be happy to work with Rita in the future.
