Thumbs down. My payments always seem different. When I got a courtesy call from them I asked what my payment would be the day of the due payment. The lady gave me the wrong amount owed, come the due date my payment was $14 more.. all I got was a "I'm sorry" I told her "sorry isn't gonna help me right now is it?". Bad service.
