Credit Connections, LLC in Farmington, NM

Absolutely terrible! Very unprofessional. They overcharged an elderly couple and even admitted that they owed over 1,000.00 dollars to them after NOT settling certain accounts. This company is a fraud. It is very disheartening to know that a majority, if not all, of their clients are Native Americans. As Navajo's the backbone of our culture are our grandparents. How could you be so rutheless to innocent fixed income elderly who came to you for help? Different family members have attempted to contact this company and they put us on hold and eventually disconnect our call. Vanessa is very hard to to deal with. On our visit to them they pushed us off to several representatives and insisted we did not have an account with them. I think documents and bank statements will say otherwise. How can they debit over 300 dollars and say we don't have an account? Very very hard to know grandma and grandpa were trying to be proactive in restablishing their credit and they were taken advantage of.
