What do you dislike about it? Share a tip.ok, ive done everything they have to offer so hopefully this is helpfull. Dont go to this place IF you can get it from a friend, family member etc. im in the military so it was easy to set up an allotment, and we found ourselves in trouble again so we re-uped, qualified more a higher pay loan, took it, (and of course a higher alloted pay, about 175 a month by the end of it.) and filed taxes there. they charged us 400 for fees and prep service, where we got about 4500 back. when we used it to pay them off ($1400) i dunno if they thought it was funny by saying, "oh, you dont want to give us more of your money?" uuuuuuhhhh, no. Then after wards they i said i had to stop the allotment. i figured they'd let me do it on their cpu since every time before i had done that when they wanted to make sure my allotment went through. but the lady just said, "yup, make sure you do that." and i have more than 2 allotments so i forgot which one was theres and when i just called up they said the same, not funny joke. "oh you dont want to keep paying us?" *awkward laugh....nope. i dont recomend this place like i said if you have other options, but their better than the cash store. cash store is higher interest and no customer service. lol. all in all, loan places are all crooks, LESSON LEARNED
